General Position Summary
As a LIDS General Manager, you will be responsible for achieving company objectives in profit and loss control, sales performance, customer satisfaction and loss prevention by overseeing the operation aspects of the store while upholding LIDS Mission, Vision & Values. General Managers are responsible for leading customer interaction and employee development on a daily basis.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills
1. Four year degree in business or a related field and one year relevant experience or; two year degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience or; three years of relevant experience.
2. Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills
3. Proven managerial skills
4. Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
